OTCA was the sole Specialties Contractor, providing an array of unique specialty components that echoed the artistic theme of this landmark project. Design elements included powder coated Toilet Partitions that were custom color matched to blue and orange mosaic tile. OTCA also provided 12′ high acoustic sliding doors that allow visitors to fully experience the “Leave Your Mark” feature room. Other work also performed by OTCA includes epoxy flooring, ergonomic flooring, custom Fire Extinguisher Cabinets, Automated Glass Doors, and Decorative Lockers for the entire OVA Summit Staff. OTCA also fabricated custom illuminated vanity mirrors and innovative floating vanities for this iconic project. This fast-tracked project was completed on schedule allowing the space to open its doors to global tourism as a major steppingstone in NYC’s post pandemic recovery.
